What does "Next-Bench Priority" mean?
It means you skip the standard wait list. When you bring your computer in, it goes to the next available technician's bench immediately. While we can't control shipping times for parts, your computer will always be next in line for labor.
Are parts included in the membership?
No. The membership covers labor. If you need a new hard drive, screen, or power supply, you pay for the part itself. However, the installation labor is capped at a flat $75, which is a significant savings over our standard rates.
Can I use this for my business computers?
Yes! The pricing is per machine per year. Many small business owners love this plan because it makes their IT costs predictable.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
The membership is billed annually. You can cancel the renewal at any time through the Customer Portal. There are no partial refunds for the current year once service has been performed.
How do I renew?
Your membership will automatically renew each year so you don't have a lapse in coverage. You will receive an email reminder before the renewal happens.
