How to Start a Remote Session
Please follow these steps only when instructed by a technician on the phone.
2. Download RustDesk (Primary)
Click the button below to download our primary remote support tool, RustDesk.
(Run the file after downloading and provide your ID/Password to the tech.)
3. Download AnyDesk (Alternate)
If instructed, use our alternate tool, AnyDesk. Only use this if the primary tool is not working.
(Click "Run" or "Open" and give the 9-digit address to the tech.)
4. Payment & Pricing
Remote support starts at $50.00. We accept credit cards over the phone before beginning work. Complex issues may incur additional time charges.
5. Security
You can watch the entire process on your screen. Once we disconnect, we cannot access your computer again without your permission. It is completely secure.
6. Limitations & Virus Removal
Important: We cannot effectively remove heavy virus infections, rootkits, or ransomware remotely. There is no guarantee of complete removal without an in-shop visit.
